I never imagined i'd get into watch collecting (as if I don't have enough expensive hobbies) but over the past few months i've picked up quite a few decent reps. I have not received my first watch, and already planning my second. I was warned that this could happen. chronomaster Posted January 13, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 13, 2009 The Portuguese is running like a champ, keeping deadly accurate time. Looks and feels new--it's such a sharp watch. I actually received that one as a gift in late 07, before the bug truly sank its teeth in. It wasnt until I took a trip to the markets of beijing that I became truly hooked on watches. My guide took us to some collectors who run watch shops on the DL, where the merchandise lies behind fake bookcases and trap doors.
