captain_rossco
Hi all, I have a 3135 movement (complete) and need to find an aftwermarket DJ case for it to fit into. The case will need to accept all original rolex parts (bezel, new jubille strap, glass, tube crown etc). I have done a comparable search and only come up with Sean at eta swiss who does terrific cases but only for the SM/YM. Kindest Regards and thanks for having me here, I look forward to the banter! chefcook
Have a look in the sales corner of this community - someone is selling two mint datejust cases there!
Guest Sql_pl
Why aftermarket? Go genuine. Gen DJ cases often go for around 200 bucks on ebay. I think it is worth it.

captain_rossco
okay genuine it is the chaps! So gen DJ case with saph crystal it will have to be. I'll be looking for one on which the strap lug holes dont not go all the way through. Is the called the 16200 case? alligoat
A seller on ebay usually has very nice cases- 16200's- for around $220- his name is 'roling'. Don't see any of his cases at this time. Here's a nice TT case: http://cgi.ebay.com/Mens-ROLEX-16233-Two-T...%3A1%7C294%3A50 I agree with everyone else, don't buy a rep case- the 3135 might not even fit- the rep cases are typically machined for a 2836-2/DG2813 movt. captain_rossco
am i right in thinking that it will need to be a ETA 2824-2 movment in the 16200 case with one of stiltys adapter rings? Kind Regards CR
McRae
Yes, you are right about that, but the adapter is just that, an adapter... With a gen movement, which you have, then it fits straight in, with no mods and no adapters... Good luck!

Kind Regards CR I've got the opposite problem. Genuine case (16223) /dial/crystal, but no movement. Will a rep movement fit? Where can I find the spacer?
