Looks reputable, however, his "shopping cart" looks a bit weak-- I don't see any Thwart/McAfee SSL associated with his order process. And the whole "click off" CA sales tax if you are not a CA resident. There also appears to be a companion site: www.ottofrei.com that looks a little better. Interesting.

I've never had a problem buying things from Otto Frei. I just bought some oil (D5 and 9010) and it arrived quickly. I know some people have had problems with him, but I never have.

I got various basic tools from Ofrei ... crystal press.... bergeon screw driver set... hand remover.. etc.

I set up an account and order over the phone.. I like the human contact .. prices are competitive .. good quality

they are in Cali so if you have another source closer to you you may save on shipping..
