Crown stem broke on a IWC 3717 - help

My crown stem just broke on my IWC 3717. Does anyone know if it is a standard size, or where you can get one?

Do I have to buy a whole movement?

Where did the stem break? Hopefully, it snapped in the middle- A break near the stem boss or at the crown may be problematic, as there may not be enough stem left to grip and extract the broken portion from the movement or crown.

If the break was in the middle, all you'll likely need is a stem; it should be a pretty straight forward fix.

Break was in the middle, so it could go either way. Any info on the stems? Do they match an ETA or do I need to order one?

1.- ETA 7750 stem.

2.- A stem extender...0.9 mm... cited as 9.
