ubiquitous Posted May 15, 2009 Report Share Posted May 15, 2009 Wow. That sucker's beat. It's difficult to tell if the dial is spotted, or if the crystal is pitted. I'm leaning more towards the dial; if it were the crystal, you'd see the same spots over the hands and other dark areas, whereas the spotting looks isolated to a couple of sections of the dial. You are right there, in fact I also noticed a dial the same in pretty good condition to replace this one - of course the auction on thqt finishes a couple of days earlier so you would be buying the cart before the horse.
