Very attractive conversion. I have a Seiko SX009 just waiting for some attention. Can't think of a better way forward.

It should all be readily available, except for those hands. Compare those to the ones shown in the picture after it. Close but not quite right.

I have seen many posts on another forum about modding Seikos, and there is a cult following for this alone.

I can see why, there is so much choice, you can build a completely individual looking watch.

I wonder how close the Seiko hand sizes are to ETA sizes? I believe Doxa parts are easier to get, and those might fit right onto the Seiko.

I wrote Noah this morning about recreating a B&R Seiko... he's on vacation. Imagine that!!! How inconsiderate.

not gonna lie, if I were to own any gen diving watch, it would be a Doxa over anything.....man are they ever unappealing, but they sure get the job done!!
