Don't know if it's flat or domed. www.gssupplies.com/ Don't know if a T-19 or T-21 would work- Sternkreuz has some dimensions that I found on Cousins website- XS 294-310 Round special Forms Plastic Topglass. Also might check Gary Clark over at Clark's and see if he could get you a flat T-39
