Jkay Posted June 20, 2009 Report Posted June 20, 2009 I'm still looking for the plexi crystal and the winder rotor .... siiiiigh luckily it's a front loading washing machine .. no big agitator to crush everything. The plexi crystal popped out, and the movement exited the front of the watch with the dial. The stem was still in the case body, and re-attaches to the movement securely .. no idea if it's a write-off yet.
KB Posted June 20, 2009 Report Posted June 20, 2009 Of course you are going to need a plexi but if you have dried the movement out well I think a re-oiling by a watchsmith may be all you need. BTW your minute hand is bent. Ken
gioarmani Posted June 20, 2009 Report Posted June 20, 2009 (edited) I bet she was so upset. When's the funeral? Edited June 20, 2009 by gioarmani
