I'm just starting phase 2 so I'm about 1/3 of the way done and I've noticed results. Its really a great program and I was just wondering if anyone else on here has done it or is doing it, and whether or not they've got tips or tricks. To start off I found one trick recently while reading the health section on yahoo.com did you know Skim Milk has nearly the same carb to protein ratio as a whey protein shake? If your looking to save money on protein shakes look no further then the milk aisle!

at first it looked exciting but then I looked a bit closer and in comparison to let's say 390 that only has 3 flaws, this one has more then 10. And both are from H factory. I'd say that this one being newer is a huge step back in accuracy. Main lume font is too thin. Name font is too thin and also has inconsistent spacing between letters. Especially word Marina is pretty bad. CP is wrong, crown does not look right, lever tip shape is off, CG pin is incorrect, bottom of the lever spacing is still off. Strap lugs are way off, the back is completely incorrect, etc. 390 had only 3 issues out of he ones listed. So I wonder why they would pay so much less attention to details this time. That said, this is still a really nice rep worth considering.

Mhhh.. I use always plumbing tools Seriously! If you have steady hands it is very ok tool for opening closing PAM case back`s. You have to use masking tape also, with masking tape you will not scratch case or case back
