Just came in from a hike

Last weekend i saw for the first time the Tudor Pelagos and Black Bay at an AD. And i just fell in love in the Pelagos. So this is a tribute to the Pelagos with alot of pics and links that is useful for those who want to know more about the watch. I love it so much so that i have put an order if my friend who is going to Dubai in two weeks find a good deal. Enjoy! DW = David Wong, a guy who sells watches and cases, his 6263/6265 offerings are the best bang for the buck IMO (not as good as Phong but 1/3 the price) WatchNY = WatchNY, he's an ebay seller who makes a pretty nice 6263 bezel (better than the DW offering, IMO)

Cant believe it my JMB engraved backcase arrived after all it was posted on 17/12/2012 and arrived today 8/3/2013 that is the longest i have ever had something arrive but im as happy as a dog with two di**s , i surly thought it was truly lost ,damn the postal service hope my hair starts growing back soon ! Thanks JMB super work!

I don't buy reps that wouldn't pass a customs agent's scrutiny...

honestly its genuine! no good reps exsist of this model, and if you seen a rep of one you would instantly know. on the one pictured above 1. HE valve is perfect in position just above 10 o'clock marker 2. length of red tip on seconds hand is perfect and long (reps aint even half this size on times...) 3.crown guards are correct shape as they should be 4. bezel pearl is perfect 5.wave dial is spot on for this model in tone, colour etc 6. bracelet end links turn down dramatically to the first link to hug the wrist-reps dont 7.hour/min hands correct length...i could go on but no point-its 100% genuine, pull the trigger and get yourself a legendry and fantastic watch!

+1 And tight is better that loose on rep/aftermarket parts What case are you using that didn't require any shaving to the SEL's to fit ?
