I just received the new MQ Newman dial & it is a virtual clone of the MQ dial in my '41, except for the colors being reversed. I was going to post a pic of the new dial in my '39, but, as usual, the chrono seconds hand (from Phong) is free-wheeling. So it is being epoxied & I will post a pic of the new dial in the assembled watch once the cement has fully cured (tomorrow). In the meantime, here is a teaser

Just got the dial from my new dial maker. I'm really happy, I can't wait to see what it's going to look like in my watch. I'm going to swap my 2 line dial for this one for now.

Pelagos is a bewt. Futuristic retro. And I mean that in a positive way. It's taking the symbols Tudor own and going forward with them. I love it. Slick, toolstyle, easy -- this could've been the new Submariner, imho it IS. I might be in the minority here but I believe that the Pelagos offers more value than Black Bay in that it is less contrived, more future. However this is purely subjective of course, that's why they made both! If I had the economy to buy "new watches on impulse" I'd be all over this. The Pelagos is also a very funny watch, in the sense that it totally takes the pi$$ out of big daddy Rolex. I love the adventurous spirit of Rolex, but in my opinion, the Pelagos captures that spirit better than any of Rolex' current models, it's nailed it. Reminds me of Luke Skywalker: His destiny was to kill his Father. Edit: A part of my reason for loving the Pelagos: Same kinda balls as Sinn EZM1

Also for those who get frustrated with the limits the search function on our forum has, try this trick. Type site:rwgforum.net into google followed by your search string and trust me you will pleased with the results. Can use phrases that our search won't reconize such as short words...

Here are my two cents. With all bags, quality it is batch specific. All because you got a great bag from seller X once doesnt mean all his products are spot on. its like buying a current 243 M from a TD dealer. Your so happy you buy a daytona or navi that looks like a POC. Who/whats to blame ? Did you do enough research to see how the bag is CURRENTLY rep and who has it in stock ? rep soft goods has forums just like rep watches except they are more anal and picky. Basically all runs and models arent made the same. They has HUGE variations. I can share what I found out the hard way ($$$). Rep bag dealers usually does one product or brand really well but still has a ton of other items for sell. The other products are average at best, with major flaws. Now about Ken Ken does belts really, really well. I love his polos, other has had problems in the past but as I said it maybe brand/run specific. Ken soars in customer service. He does this better than ANY dealer I've came across, With that said you should have just PM him and he would have addressed it promptly and fairly. I think you should have given Ken feedback before posting in publc. He is a drop ship dealer. He doesn't know a product/batch/factory is having issues until someone tells him. I also think with bags, high quality QC pics are must. But, sadly I think Ken is getting away from this with his website.
