  1. Sorry for the late response guys, yes, I got mine from SoCalTimer on Repgeek. Very happy with mine, and the price was lower than the other dealers as well. The lume markers are all straight and as good as it gets. It looks great without any mods so far, but it is going for double AR and datewheel change as soon as my 3717 with the same mods from K2222 is back!
  2. That is beautiful. Love to see a lume shot!
  3. The dial on my 3717 looks much nicers - very exact location of the lumes. Also the Chrono works perfectly. I've used and reset it many times with no problems. I have the high-beat Asian 7750, not a swiss movement. I agree with others, you may want to consider returning yours and replace it for a better one.
  4. I just received my Slevin from a dealer called SoCalTimer on another board. It looks great. The Swiss Made is aligned perfectly. It is an absolutely stunning watch with the SS bracelet (in my opinion). The SS bracelet was the reason I decided on this instead of the Cousteau. What is interesting is that some dealers state that theirs has double AR, and some say single AR. Mine is single AR, but I am not concerned about that since I was planning to send it out for double AR and date wheel change any way. So maybe there are different factories building these?
  5. I have a Di-Modell CrocoChrono (gen croc) on order, but reading the post about 22mm not being a good fit I am not worried! I read a bunch of other posts from people who have a 22mm on the 3717 and are very happy with the fit. Any one else can comment on this?
  6. That's a real nice 005. Is it Josh's 005? Also looks great with that strap. Enjoy it.
  7. That is very strange, and I would have expected some emails from one of the admins explaining what's going-on, but looks like no news so far...
  8. Simply beautiful! Can't wait to get my Slevin and send it for re-lume!
  9. This seems to have some of the same issues as my Ultimate 111e! The crown on mine is really hard to turn or pull-out. There was dust under both top and bottom crystals. On mine, the hands don't synchronize, meaning that when the small hand is on the hour, the big band is around 1! The CG was actually very good and flush to the case. Needless to say, I've been trying to get mine returned for a replacement, but no luck yet with a reply...
  10. rcrscom. great watches. Wear them well.
  11. Maybe an IWC Top Gun that actually is close to the gen?!
  12. Wow, I am sure it would go real well with a suite and tie...
  13. Beautiful watch and great pictures. I agree with Peepshow on this. I used to think anything bigger than 38-40mm was too big, now I've got a few 44 and 45mm reps. At least for now, that's my limit and I'm not thinking 47mm yet!
  14. veyron, thanks, I have the same question as well. Chieftang, do you know if the Angus Ultimate 111E has single sided AR on the inside? Thx.
  15. Looks great with that strap. It is definitely eye catching.
  16. I decided to go with Angus's Ultimate 111E. It is not perfect, but it's much closer to gen than any of the 111H series I have seen pictures of. The only two things I plan to do to it is to change the leather strap and re-lume. Good luck.
  17. That sure was an awesome game. Congrats to Giant fans.
  18. There are multiple factors for me. I like variety. I like to have multiple brands, so I usually don't buy too many of the same brand. Size matters to me. I have come to the conclusion that 44mm is my max due to my smaller wrist. Most importantly, I do a lot of reading to find-out how close the rep is to the gen. I have decided against some reps that I really liked since they had some major flaws. I guess I am pretty picky and want to get the best rep possible.
