  1. Congrats to Robert Kubica today in Montreal
  2. NICE! The Transporter would be proud
  3. This is a great project. That strap is SICK!!!! I love it
  4. This watch is one of the all-time greats! It'll be even better with the mods.
  5. This watch is soooo freaking cool! You did a wonderful job on it.
  6. There's nothing wrong with that watch. I love it!!!
  7. WOW! That's a big improvement over stock. I'll do the exact same thing when mine arrives next week.
  8. Very, Very nice! Just the right amount of patina on the dial.
  9. I recently had a problem with my Fiddy running fast, and the amount of advice was staggering! Not only board replies, but the many emails were very helpful. I lost my Mother this morning to cancer but I just HAD to get on the boards and thank you all again for the emails, advice and replies! It WAS the hair spring, and I fixed it in 30 seconds. Runs perfect now I appear on a lot of message boards for different topics/hobbies, and NONE have been as helpful or nice as the watch boards (especially to a newbie). Thanks for the help!!!!!!!!! Daniel

  11. Anybody have any suggestions? Lottsa Watch gurus on here.
  12. Hello Guys, What would make a Fiddy with a 6497 run over an hour fast per wind ? I bought the watch used about a month ago from a board member. I've only worn it 4 times and on the last wind it would "click" every 4th or 5th turn. I then noticed later it was fast and from there it just took off I'm stuck with it cause the jewelers in the area won't touch a rep . So much for Pam Fever
  13. I received a used fiddy from a member a few days ago. It has swirls around the 3:00 area of the bezel from being wound. What's the best way to get them out? I have polishing compounds and cloths I use on my other watches and they did'nt help. Any help would be great. Thanks
