Sponsors are leaving in droves, attendance is down, fixing is rife ...

...and if you are trying to see the sequence, look on the right in the History palette and you can see the steps listed. Also, look at the clock and that should give you an indication of how long the whole process should take.
The problem with navigating with the arrow keys is that you miss my piano piece.
You don't need to sit on the pause button. In Quicktime, pause the video and use the left/right buttons on your keyboard to cycle through the images.
If there is enough interest, I'll make the screenshots available full-size online.

The problem was that it was over 40 screenshots making it rather too large. Then, it hit me: I can write music, I can edit movies, I can take photographs, I'm very much part of the iLife generation ... why not do a complete and utter show-off movie and combine the lot?

I give up. Something like Frank is a budgie, the couch is actually a sponge and the blood is really blancmange, but through stupidly worded language, we can almost make out that it's only one specific situation you need to be really clever to work out.
