There is a third answer, and a much more likely one. The horse is tied to the saloon, and the hay is 1m away from the tying post thingy. The furthest the horse can get is 6m away in one direction or 4m in another.
This is a silly question, as you have to look at the possible answers and try to work out which 'clever' answer they're looking for.
They also require an advance fee to open the account or similar.
Some of these scams will say "A package will be sent to you, please resend it" and you just committed mail fraud as you send the item bought with a stolen card to China.
With all these mails, unless you are exceedingly patient and want to have fun at the expense of a 419er, the best thing to do is delete the mail and forget about it.
How about you show us the source you're currently using and we can work from there.
You're jumping in here saying the equivalent of "I've got the gudgeon pin out and the manual says to use the No4" and expecting us to know what car you're working on and what you're trying to fix.
...and that's easy because if they were Oxford graduates, they would immediately know it was a test as the correct question should be "Which seven letter word does every Oxford graduate pronounce wrongly?"
I'll not bother mentioning the fact that the Bank of England prints one million pound notes then. That's not a million one pound notes, but notes worth one million pounds.
