I would say they are quite rare in Vancouver as well. I would say that the majority of people don't even know what Panerai is here although I get the odd girl telling me that their husband or bf talks about them. Lol. The best was when i was wearing my gen 000 and my coworker says, "that's a nice watch you have there. Looks expensive, how much did you spend? 300-400?" yyyeeeehhhh... Just a bit shy... Lol

I've stayed in both before and they're pretty much the same, except that encore is newer. I think you would be happy in either though. For dining, I highly recommend SW steakhouse. The meat there is to die for! Have fun!

Do you mean a good breitling rep or a good rep in general? There are quite a few "super" reps which include the new Pam series from the cartel as well as one of my old favorites, the chopard mille miglia xl. As for breitling, I don't quite remember but if memory serves, the ultimate chronomats are quite nice. Also, welcome! I too am a recent transplant from rg.

the lume on the rep isn't that great..i had my lumed by The Zigmeister and looks 150% better...i had to ship it back for some minor repairs but once i get it back, i will take some pics of it!..

Hi...i just rec'd my chopard gtxxl le...i followed the instructions on how to start an a7750 and gave the chrono its first try today...it's pretty tough to push the start button to get it started, but once i do, i push the same button to stop...i then push the reset button however it just starts the chrono again!...i have to then push the start/stop button to stop it, THEN push the reset button again to reset the hand...is this problem fixable with a service by a watchmaker or is it something more serious?? tia!
