dont' let the dots get your panties in a twist - they are tiny and are out "on an even tinier scale" if you put your nose up on teh dial you can see it. - its normal in this buis this watch has not been out long enough to have been sent to a re-lumer - however, 99% of folks won't bother, cause its not that big a deal!

tell the dude your on a message board with watch collectors and they maybe interested in his dials - and ask if you can get some prices and take some photos Rolex dials are all over the place - my watchmaker has 7 or 8 of them - but Omega dials and Zenith dials - could be VERY interesting.

oooh, very similiar to my 666 do you really get that contrast iwth black lume? is it really that black and that glowey? or is tat a camera trick but i like - do you have the slick pvd look or the brushed pvd look? it looks slick in the later photos

ohhh well thats not as special. i dunno i used to think dropping 100 bucks on leather was crazy. but having bought from 90 percent of the usual suspects of strap makers. hktan creating yor own strap color size all of that. it really is better. the wait sucks but - the right strap makes such a difference. i am planning a strap pictoral soon along with the new phoband 2008 lineup.

the unbranded watches i like debaufe had one frankly when i tell people that i ordered the parts and had the thing put together (as in my 666 and skawronek projects) it gets more wow than if it were an IWC or AP. i'd never seen that debaufe before - i wouldn't buy their straps for 50 or 70 bucks, but for 13 or whatever dave got the one on ebay - i'd do that all day and twice on tuesdays

some people go to far on "close to the gen" stuff - if your going to go crazy about a lume dot missing or 2 shades of blue or whatever, your never going to be happy with the rep - i have a blue steelfish and it is freaking amazing - if its not the same color as the gen, then Breitling better get with the program and start copying the rep!!!!!!!!

yeah i have 2 of the same strap in blue - its not wimpy - it looked ok on my steelfish - was mostly giving andrew some [censored] but - seriously though, it looks alot smaller on the skyland than the steelfish. i've gotten this thing for straps, if its thinner than 5mm its wimpy!!! jk

cmon don't be a breitling apologist - it doesn't "give it away" breitling owners are just like any other- i'm sure some are breitling crazy - and others, bought a nice watch. it looks way better on the rivet strap - the breitling leather strap is too wimpy and small for this large of a case!
