What gens have you owned? and how old? Gens have serious problems as well no doubt. Some are not all that reliable. SEIKO owners swap their movments too when they have dropped their watch hard and found it will not run properly.

I agree with the essence in your post, provided the member is well trained in buying replicas. I would guesstimate that what you are stating is true for maybe as much as 20% of the replicas our TDs offer, all different brands considered.
