I bought this Super Avenger off a friendly RWG forum member and recieved it last week. The photos aren't the best as I took them with my phone. Enjoy

Hi there Does anyone know where I can buy a Super Avenger which comes with a SS bracelet installed. Joshua has stopped selling these as apparently the makers do not make them anymore. The rubber straps don't do it for me. If anyone could PM me or reply here I would be very grateful. Dial colour does not matter. Thanks

He has informed me that the SS bracelet is not available for the version I'm after yet. If you have the model I'm after with the SS bracelet, where did you get it from (incl. the bracelet)? Thanks

Buy a mac if you are a snob and want great appearance, software/hardware stability and bragging rights. Buy a PC if you want more performance for your money and an OS that crashes too often.

Supplements are the most overrated thing in bodybuilding/losing weight. From my experience the most important thing is a good clean diet and CONSISTENCY. So many people do the weights and cardio then get home from the gym and have BBQ chicken wings, chips and a beer thinking the gym is where their goals are made. The only supplement you need if losing fat/gaining muscle is Whey protein on top of a great diet and hard work. Realistically expect to see a change in your body every two weeks of hard work and take photos of your progress to keep you motivated.

My eye sight is quite bad, I wear daily contact lenses and have thought about laser eye correction but I am a little bit nervous about the unknown side effects of 10+ years after the treatment so I think I'll probably wait.
