I got one recently from Hont, the first proofs he sent me i told him is there anythin gbetter with a correct strap and a non sunken datewheel to my surprise the one i received looked different than his proofs after i pointed that stuff out and this is what i got. It's not really that sunken.

If you want a rep i would actually recommend a BR02-92 on rubber or on the nylon. I think it's a fantastic watch. Everyone's recommendations are great when it comes to the usefulness of the watch for your journey however i think the BR02-92 on rubber or nylon is really cool. I love mine and have worn it every day for the last few weeks.

I am compiling a bunch of high res photos and making them backgrounds and sharing them on the boards. So far i have completed an AP set, an IWC set, an Omega set, and some general watches as well. I'm looking for press kits for rolex watches. I have grabbed the press kit for the new datejust II thanks for the link in another thread and am looking for the press kits from basel 2008 where they released the deepsea and daydate ii. Any help would be appreciated.

Everytime i see the one with working power reserve i want it even though it's not the most accurate version. This confuses me to no end.

Guys i am working with TurboGUATE on getting these wallpapers hosted on rapidshare now for everyone to be able to download them. I had to put them for a short period of time since i don't want to loose all my bandwidth on my site.

Beautiful. It really is amazing wear it well. I miss my rep and it was such a pracical watch when i have the means i might have to put this one on the Gen list in the future.

Where did you get the basel pdf and such from the presskit?

What are the new milgauss's like do they feel substantial or flimsy like subs?

As i did with AP the other day i am posting some wallpapers for a limited time only since bandwidth is tight. A while back there was a post of some IWC images all in high res for print and publication well i played around with these and made wallpapers out of them. Resolutions are 1440x900 and a lot at 1920x1200. All widescreen. Enjoy IWC Wallpapers

I am hosting 32 wallpapers i slaved over all morning making. Just simple wallpapers of some great AP models. All images are 1440x900 since that is what my screen is on my macbook pro. Enjoy. My GMT worked great just that the bracelet fell apart which could have been fixed by me using some locktite but i was particular about the date changeover issue on several days of the month. It was an amazing watch and i don't deal with the dealer that sent me the Chopard anymore i have sent that watch back 3 times now! My new favourite dealer has been extremely helpfull and hand inspects every watch before sending out and even sends me pictures. The date issue was something out of his control and couldn't have found unless he ran the watch on a winder and checked every evening for the date changeover. I have had 3 fully functional watches from my new dealer of choice my B&R is amazing and so is the Cartier and the AP is holding up really well.

Ubi how did you make your daytonas?

Yeah if the movement gets replaced i'll look into servicing it properly since it's an amazing watch. But what other rolex's share that amazing feel, i used to think rolex's feel cheap but the GMT IIc changed my perception of the brand. Although still people always ask if it's fake it's just one of those things.

Well i never thought i would miss a watch as much as i do my rolex gmt IIc. All my watches are usually in the 42+ range and i never thought i would like the rolex so much that i miss it! It's not the most beautiful watch i have but it was the perfect size for everyday wear and it was a looker at that. I probably will be without it for a month and a half so i would like to know what other rolex's are at the same quality level as the GMT IIc When WM9 makes a GMT IIc i will definitely be jumping on one. I wouldn't mind a daytona but the movement issues are one thing and i want a watch that i could keep running constantly. Any suggestions with photos? A datejust II would be awesome as would a nice day date II but i heard both are not the greatest anyone beg to differ?

I agree however i also was led to believe that the a7750 that the chopard has is copied after the eta valgranges a07.211 movement. which is a larger line movement. Correct me if i'm wrong. And then why aren't they putting these in the ultimate hublots yet. I would definitely buy one if that was the case.

And how come it has a regulator on the movement?

The version with the clone eta 2824 movement is the best version.
