  1. My first rep was a Breitling Skyland that I bought in 2008 and it has a A7750 in it. It ran perfectly for 5 years! I recently serviced it myself and I'm sure it'll run perfectly for the next 5 years.

Yes there can be issues with the movement, depending on how's it's assembled. But most problems are due to dirty, dry movements. Properly serviced, it's a solid, reliable movement.

If I had my eye on a watch that had a A7750; I'd still get it.

  2. Yeah i can get the wd40 but not that rock n roll Extreme stuff wd40 leaves a greasy surface no matter how Much you try to get it all you cant :D

Secret ingredient in WD40 is fish oil! Designed by rocket engineers to keep rocket and missile parts from corroding. Water Displacement (WD) 40; the fortieth sample. It'll always leave a residue.

  3. From Andrew back in January. I absolutely love this piece. Got ETA movement version and NEVER have to adjust the time.

I second this one as well! It's a great watch! I put mine on a Gen Breitling Super Ocean strap.

Like Mike said, you want to stay away from the 7750 unless you can get it serviced when it goes tango uniform.

  4. Shock capability of mechanical wrist watches > 5,000 g that are the highest g force a watch can withstand dont know about a Quartz a F16 can make 9 g's without even trying maybe something there

Yes, but what are the effects on the timing (bph) of a mechanical after a series of consecutive high g maneuvers?
