omega wish i knew more about the weight issue, but i recall part of the problem was changing to hollow center links in the bracelet that made the wm9 to light, the brass ring brought it back to where it needed to be i think ill saw this discussed on wm9's forum i think

i saw on the wm9 web site that another reason for this movement was that it allowed the use of the large brass mounting ring that added weight to the watch, which in turn made it dead on to the gen in weight. before it was on the light side

i have a very nice 183 but have noticed the crown tube looks to long relative to a gen that makes the crown sit to bar away from the case i sent it to a recommended member for shortening and got the news today that he couldnt shorten it as it was set in the case and wouldnt move i was wondering if anyone had any other ideas? some options given are replacing the tube with a shorter new one, but i dont have a source for a new one, where can i get one? change the case to one that has a shorter tube? what cases are considered the most accurate? who sells them? or?? thanks

wondered what is currently the best way to go for a rep 1950? old Eddi lee DSN or some other options what is the most accurate looking E movements now available? and or is it easer to go the 217 route and get an h style movement all things considered what is the way to go now? have read every post on RWG and others thanks

on a gen rolex sub are the single digit numbers on the date wheel off center to the left when viewed in the dials date window?
