Many of the members asked if they can do it...so I am posting some pics to show how I do it...THIS IS MY WAY OF DOING IT.

Crown Guard and strap removed
Next back case removal
Once the case back is removed make shure you unwind the barrel do it slowly to prevent any damage,
hold the wratchet with the screwdriver and let the crown turn slowly between your fingers
Now is time to remove the crown locate this screw ...remember to tighten it after crown is removed
Locate the retaining clip and screw and remove it with your tweezers Be carefull not to drop it!
Now is time to remove your movementfrom the case
Place the movement on the movement holder replace the crown and remove hands
locate the two screws that hold your dial in place, 1/2 turn and dial is off
Now is time to remove the spring, cannon pinon and hour wheel
Here are the two parts to compare longers are the new ones, shorter the old ones

Now do everything in reverse order and you get this results
