The plexi popped off my Egi and was seeking suggestions on how to reattach it. I am aware that, in most situations, xtal/plexi"s are "press-fitted" on - I tried this manually (I don't have a xtal press) and it still is very loose. There doesn't seem to be any damage to the plexi or the watch, but what I did notice (looking at the inside of the bezel) was a rough surface...like adhesive had been used to secure the plexi. I don't mind resecuring the plexi with adhesive (I don't think the watch/plexi tolerances are tight enough for a press-fit), my question is: Would anybody please suggest an adhesive that would bond metal to plastic AND dry clear? Thanks in advance for any suggestions... DD

After joining this forum and taking in the vast fund of knowledge, I have to agree cableguy...I will only support our forum's vendors. I'm just sorry that I didn't find this forum sooner. And yeah, I've watched "The Unit"...can't say I enjoyed it, but dirtdiver did remind me of a friend of mine who is still down range.
