  1. Anyone else having problems with editing your posts?
  2. Ouch! Sorry to hear about your lost watches mate! :wounded: The green sapphire crystal is indeed the only real weak spot on the Milgauss ultimate GV blah blah.. If it takes the WSO crystal without any complications then I think it would be worth the extra bucks. But unfortunately I don't know the specs of either the gen, rep or WSO crystal.
  3. Welcome to watch heaven Anthony! Looking forward to your participation!
  4. The more time you spend here the "worse" it gets. And there's no known cure either..
  5. Welcome to the jungle Ben! Looking forward to your participation! Oh, and put a leash on that credit card of yours..
  6. That possible DLC 3717 project of yours sounds interesting. It would definitely be a unique watch!
  7. The answer to your question is already in this thread mate..
  8. Déjà vu
  9. Oooooohhhhhhhhh.. That's a BEAUTIFUL time piece Pete!

  12. Welcome back to this vast vault of horological information!
  13. Don't know about England but in Germany you have a couple of them. Like caruwe and domi just to name a few..
  14. There's many good "in-house" lumers here depending on your location, so that should not be a problem!
  15. There it is! Looks great! Wear it in good health!
  16. Nice to hear you had a successful first purchase! Not surprised though since you were dealing with Trevor.. Now where's the pics? (so we know it really happened) Edit: found your other post with proof!
  17. This is the general rule for all 7750 movements (both Swiss/ ETA and Asian). So it has nothing to do with this particular brand or model (more than the fact that it is 7750 powered). Edit: just double checked the product manual for my gen Oris XXL Chronograph and it says the day/ date should not be set between 20:00 and 02:00.
  18. Thanks B! Have yet to post the specs for it (loooong overdue - I know..). But as soon as the current work load lightens up a bit I will!
  19. 1665
  20. What a nice bunch of gems! Congrats!
  21. I was entertained - that's for sure!
  22. Sorry to hear that. If I were you I'd PM a US member of the moderating team like redwatch, freddy333 or Nanuq.. Heck, anyone in the mod team would do..
  23. I'd go for it! Also like kbh says, the Rollie will most probably hold it's value better over time..
