the DG 4813 should be high-beat... at 28.8k. yes listening to it is a way if you have a watch with a gen eta 2824 or even a clone... those are 28.8k beat. so compare it to them i dunno if offrei sells a different one... but Eurotimez definitely sells the high hand stack DG 4813...

i am!!!! partially because... well i am indian born here (in US) though... i made chilli chicken last week... i didn't pick up any naan or paratha ... i only had those extra big tortillas... and they were surprisingly good!!! try making chilli chicken.. so good +1 on biryani. tandoori chicken is also one of my favs..

you might want to try and source an older version of the davidsen ultimate fiddy.. if you can find one. other wise, go with the new DSN 127's. also, there are some highly modded EL case fiddys out there....but they are like twice as much as a new dsn.... ATLEAST
