that explains the issues with mine - i thought it was the AR that was stripping, but actually the laminate is slipping waue - that really sucks....i will addresse this to Ms. King with the one i have shipped back with crystal and movement issues. this happende after a walk in the rain if i have seen this post before i bought this ploprof - i would have resisted this offer -

it came from Ms. King - but she is sorting it out - she is a super dealer - so no worries from me

yes it is a fun watch - just recieved mine - but i have to return it as the movement is broken - cant wind, cant set time or set date and i see that it also have issues with the AR at the edges of the crystal, it looks like the AR is stripping more and more each hour.

dont your ploprof have AR coating ? the one i got from the King do have a heavy AR coating, cant tell though if it is single or double

yiipiii - got my Ploprof today from Ms. King - it only took 4 days to arrive from china to Denmark as a fedex package - super fast shipping. love it, but i am not impressed with the bracelet - fells abit cheap. But that said, i am impressed with the quality of the watch for around 200$ the buy of the year (for me) and it sits comfortly on the wrist, dont look that big.

i cant wait - so i just placed an order from Ms King - i cant wait for a ult. version with new flaws.

hi all need your opinion on this watch - this is a old Omega watch that i bought back in 1986 as my first watch purchase as a young lad. It is a Gold/steel multifunction Quartz watch in good condition bearing in mind it is 24 years old this have been sitting for over 10 years now without me wearing it. what would this have on the pricetag..?, is it sellable

yes she is great and have a top notch customerservice - but she is in the claws of the suppliers - so i guess that she only have their word for it. i really hope the functional pushbottom will work, i want that watch i it so different from the other watches i have so it would be a great addition to the collection - and yippi as a newly divorced i do not need to ask

according to Ms. king, i got a mail from her stating that the ultim should hit the shelfs after a month lets see and according to her the Orange pushbottom "mayby" will be functional BR J

hehe i stand corrected :-D but it looks fishy to me, i have seen better on sale on www.bigwatchforum.com - this is where i bought mine 4-5 years ago.

i have to agree aswell, the hole watch looks to flat, logo wrong on caseback, fillout missing in the trident. The center pin in the crownguard is wrong, the gen dont have a flat pin, but have a downwards curve on the pin. it look like "marina Militare" and "L Swiss L" is printed with a bronze color. on the Original Dial "Marina Militare" is lazer etched in to the metal, so i have a special color, and "L Swiss L" is printed on the dial with white color. but regards to the crystal, then it could be an aftermarket, i bought the mineral version but got it heavily scratched so i changed it to a after market sapphire glass without AR.

i just saw a articel on gizmodo on some watches made by Romain Jerome called DNA collection. what i found was 3 different DNA colletions. Iceland vulcanon DNA watch with dial made of vulcanic ash from the eruption. Vulcanic DNA Moon Dust DNA watch made of moonrock dust on dial, case from apollo spacecraft and strap from spacesuite. Moon dust DNA Titanic DNA watch made of metals they could salvages from Titanic (wonder how he got it?)and black dial painted with coal from titanic. Titanic DNA vendor Romain Jerome cool - but i guess with a pretty high pricetag
