now i think it is time to try modding. i had a broken drsd i bought 4-5 years ago - it had a broken stem, and the datewheel was stuck. So i fixed the DW, so hope it works now. The old dial was very beatup, so i found a singer dial from Eurotimez that is on the way to me. Then i tried to fade the insert - but it got TOOOOO faded ;-), so i have ordre a new from the Bay together with some springbars. i have shaved the CG's, hopefully not to much. here is some underway pictures while i am waiting for all the parts i have ordered. hope that will come together, so i again have a drsd to wear.....

hi lani do you have a link - all i finde when searching for Clarks insert, is brake pads for bikecycles - dont think they will fit ;-)

Been there, JUST done that with the insert on my DRSD 1665 project doooh and i have a singer dial on the way - how smart is this (hitting my self) Anyone have a 1665 insert they would sell.....pleeeeeaasee

Yes i have asked for it, but he stated that he never receives a tracking# on his shipments so i guess that was 300$ out the window :-(

hi i going around being abit worried regards to a trade i have made with a fellow member here. bought and paid (300$) for a Rolex DSSD mid october, member stats that the watch was shipped out 26 October. now almost 4 weeks later - no watch (shipped from sweden to Denmark no customs issues) have not received any reply from member since 29 October on my PM's on the issue - he have not been online since. i am not trying to put this member in a bad light, so no names stated. could be that the package just disappered in the postal shipping.... But is there any chance in hell to make a backtrack on where the package is ?, i never received a tracking number :-( BR from a frustrated member

ahh oh sorry :-) but this will for sure be more stable - i guess a sec@12 needs the grafit treament as the sec@6 daytonas inorder to be more stable

samen here @ my pc running XP with IE8. it loads, but only shows a black picture :-( also they have been quite slow to return with answer on price requests - they must be busy with orders ;-)
