  4. in what price level is a The Zigmeister relume of dial and hands in Tritium ? and would this dial from DSN make a good start for a pre-v pvd pam when it have been The Zigmeisterfied ?
  5. dammm that was a large order - hope the best for you in the customs gio looking forwards to see the reviews btw what is the name of that yummy girl on the bed br jesper
  6. Rob, i too are looking forward to the 117 hope that danish customs havent fallen in love with the package. the next PVD watch i want - i really want to achive a combo of these two pictures Grainy, yellow/orange'ish with discoloration of the Tritium on dial and hands - really love it Wonder how to achive this. but i guess the biggest problem is to find a good dial to build upon, like the FDG dials, i think it needs to be engraved indikators and numbers, so Z could fill up the holes with tritium lume.
  7. i think it depends on the age of the dial, and the expose to sunshine. also i have seen macro of gen Tritium Pre-v dials, and it looks like that the metal/paint colors the tritium. there is also some good info on the subject here my link to you but another issue, it seems there is different Fonts for pre-vendome and vendome/richemont pams's - i guess it is a big tell tell on the rep pre-v dials ? so Rob, my friend, do you like the 26 i sent your way Still waiting for the 117 to arrive br jesper
  8. i like - and Lanikai - you photoskills makes it evenmore desireble... love that vintage lume - Zig is a wizard
  9. saw this on watchestobuy i wish i had 17.500$
  10. thanks guys for your support, i was in doubt if it was me that was off the ramp. But if i made a deal where the watch was a no show, i would refund the money in a flash. i would rather have paid the seller for the shipping to get it insured and get tracking. it really sucks to lose 300$, that is also some kind of money... But is guess it is the name of the game - looking back i should have offered to pay shipping.
  11. hehehe just rub it in but i must sat they are damm fine dials the FGD's did they come painted and lumede from FishGoDeep ? or was it a raw brass dial ?
  12. ahhhh see now that he is called fishgodeep
  13. hmmm do not seem like being here anymore - cant find a member called FGD i guess they are hard to come by, if it is a limited run of dials
  14. i was shocked when i saw this in a sales tread here at RWG, man that dial is amazing Where is it posible to source this dial ??? thanks in advance Jesper

  19. just bought my new fancy boots on a shopping trip to london - gotta love that city
  20. i like the look, seems well used now - is i not amasing, buying a brand new watch, then trashing it to make it look old. hahaha - we must be mad. did the same with an Rolex DRSD, just waiting for a new dial and insert. i guess it is like making the rusty look on the VW T1 ;-) BR JEsper
  21. it is looking good Thogaa, how did you aged the insert ? and what did you do to make the case look used ?` BR jesper
  22. so now the watch is out of the dryer - newer thought i should say that i buffed it afterwards with some red roughe and some polish for silver to make the fell more smooth - still needs some additional buffing. But here it is - looks better in person - i like the look now, do not look to new anymore Just needs to get some more wear and tear..
  23. hmmmmmm, So i try it out - i have put the hole watch in a tupperware with screws - placed it in the dryer for 10 min's Hope it survivs - and yes i remembered to mask it
  24. hehe i like that to, would like to have same "look" on the case, but not sure how to vintagnize the case
