Santiago - we had an - 3 Pages long discussion with 3 Mods involved - in witch your English was perfect btw NOT a SINGLE time you responsed to ANY of my simple questions - you ignored me completely - you where not willing to corporate in ANY way to find an solution ! that's why Andy put this public - think about it ..... when you told me you got an defective watch i offered you 4 very fair solutions that you rejected. instead you put an public [censored]-storm over me in which i still stayed calm and offered you help and apologized - finally Andy jumped in and offered help- thanks good ! without him the watch would bee stuck at cust. and my account here deleted - after 2 hell of sales im done so the truth came out and you finally became very very quiet ... still you have the nerve to insult me - i DON'T get it ? Whats wrong with you ?!

i have just one thing to say : the 50 Euro is not an forced Donation to the forum - its the money that Andy would charge for his work - he donated it practically to the forum. the deal was instead of paying the 50 the Andy . Andy offered to have this money donated to the forum. Andy is doing this all for free on his own expenses. thx Frank

and some news from the SUB ! it was picked up for a fee of 200 Euro from the customs and "it was very very poor packed just a envelope and the watch was wrapped in just one napking (paper) very very poor!!!" i would REALLY appreciate if those 2 members would post here in the thread - sending an $500 watch in a piece of paper ? where are you juan.sidarta finhs ????

to all who like drame like me here is an update to this thread : the SUB arrived in Sweden - and is held by customes ! they will release it for just 200 Euros - thats a good pice it think for a nicly modded rep ..... the PAM arrived in Germany - was help by customes ! and released for free ! the only problem : its working perfectly ! = its in the same condition like it was shipped + some extra scratches from some unqualified opening i really have enough of this [censored] - sorry cheers, Frank

pics from my sale - i usually prefer the BASE - sometimes its good to have a seconds hand : watch the seconds hand - i can send you the original pics from the cam - and i have even more - the watch was running.

Santi, as you want to have this conversation in public ; please calm down a little . its NOT really helping putting my real name here and send my countless PMs calling me all kind of other names. the shipping took long - yes i send your watch with registered mail right away the next day you paid me - i sent you the tracking number - why i took 2 weeks - i can not say - yes im sorry you had to wait 2 week - but you live on a little island at the other side of Europe - sometimes it evens takes 3 weeks when i get something from Italy which is about half the distance to you. i replied to you within minutes after you wrote you got an defective watch - i know you don't believe me - but it was in perfect working condition when i shipped it - so it must have been shaken up a bit - even the extra strap that i included could not protect it - again im really sorry - things like this happen ... my first thought was to ask you if you have an local watchmaker as this is an very basic movement an easy to fix - you agreed right away. Sadly your watchmaker could not fix it - so i sent you my other offers. again im sorry but my Paypal is not only in minus but also they want all kind of documents from me - i told you that im off to holly-days next week too - transferring money in the EU via bank wire is very fast too - i really can not see why you react like this. yeah it hit me really hard - an other broken watch this is what i offered right away the to the buyer : ..... you ship the watch to Domenico - an trusted watchmaker in this forums - i will pay the repair. you ship the watch back .- after my holly-day i get it fixed and send it back. you order an brand new movement for $35 from Getat and i transfer you the money via bank wire. or you sent the watch back and i transfer you the money back via bank wire. .... i dont see anything wrong with it as i have really no Paypal and will def never use it again

there is light at the end of the tunnel - buyer will send (hopefully) the watch back - esp thanks to one awesome member who agreed to route the watch to me back over one custom friendly country !!! thanks again - you know who you are cheers, Frank

the interesting fact : i you sell with Paypal - the buyer uses the "gift" option and charges the money over his CC back - you are [censored] Paypal via gift = no buyer AND seller protection. i did not know this before ....

German customs are the nighmare - i get a lot of vintage Seikos and parts - my other hobby every freaking watch - even if totally in pieces - rusted half awy they sent to an lawyer who checks them if they original - timewasters .... they know me already at the customes office and i calculate 2 extra weeks till i get my watches

first he wanted $180 for fixing the watch then $120 - i offered to send an complete new movement for free - i doubt the watch is defective at all

to make it short - i sold a watch - buyer recieved it - "shoke it for minutes, long minutes" and did not get it to work .... i transfered him $50 to get it fixed. tried to explain that i can not take it back as it will be destroyed by customes ... and it prob is just an easy fix ... instead to have an watchmaker look over it . he pulles off an Credit Card Charge Back over Paypal - means im without the watch - minus $600 and minus $50 i paid for the repair... so beware : juan.sidarta Berkeley, California 94704 is the guy - aka "dark_chocobo" cheers, Frank

Kemmner is a Germany ebay seller - he sells all kind of parts from China - he offers extra service like you can have your own dial text an so on .... so its basically a modded watch with one of his cases with custom dial, hands, cb and insert. you can get all the parts separate from him too or have him build custom watches. cheers, Frank

+1000 under 500 is possible - if you want to go crazy watch ebay - gen cases go often less then what Phong = made in China for $50 asks
