Good review...Narikaa's PO is indeed an excellent piece at an incredible price.
I must say that Reg was superb in terms of service and comms when I purchased my 42mm PO from him back in march!

Hi!
The title says it all.
Does anyone of you swaped the UPO 21J movement of WatchEden with a SWISS ETA 2824?
Here is the watch http://www.watcheden.com/omega-seamaster-p...-14553-p-1.html
Also, are there any visual diferences of this and the more expensive UPO with ETA Clone movement?
Regards!
Hi...The date window on that model's dial will not line up with the date wheel on the 2824.
As for the visual differences
1. The hands are too short
2. The HE valve is too big
3. The pearl is all wrong
4. No serial number
5. The bezel sits flat against the watch case
That's just the visual differences...spend a little more and go for the UPO every time!

@ Kokedose
Are the AR providers able to do the blue coating?

I tend to size my bracelets to fit snug then add one link.
For rubber and leather I like them to be snug.

Hi Mike...sorry to dig up an old thread but was wondering did you order from Josh? If you did I'm sure you have received it by now...any review/pics?
-
Oh dear... You should be able to get a refund on the basis of the seller listing counterfeit or prohibited items. Just plead ignorance and say that you thought it was real at the time of purchase.
Hope this works out for you.

Did you try the duct tape method?

I was ready to play the watchmaker
Everything was set.
Tools ready, tutorial on screen, yoga done...
Et voila! I'm definitely damned on watchmaking...
Really, I MEAN IT.
Easy to say for me but I swear that usually I'm not bad with my hands
After one hour of attempts, my case opener died and the caseback didn't move a micron.
I'm p.... off, but I'll try a last time with a jaxa type opener.
Another laugh coming...
Sorry to see you're having problems ...for what it's worth, that's the wrong type of caseback opener for the Seamaster back anyway which is probably why you couldn't get the back off.

Looks great. I'd stick with the black dial now that the AR is so good!

Just got my first Tag. I'm gonna post a detailed review soon (as soon as my camera returns from the lab), but just a quick question.
The bracelet is very light and flimsy, if I compare it to the PO's bracelet, it looks much cheaper. Is it just my rep, or is this just the Tag standard?
I have the rep and the gen F1 and the bracelet on the rep is of comparable quality to the gen.
Clasp on rep is not so good though.

Really nice collection...quite a few gens among them by the looks of things?
