  1. It's this one: http://perfect2clones.com/rlgs10001-gmt-master-ii-ss-blackred-bezel-swiss-eta-28362-p-103.html It has got a bit of wokkyness about it in the pictures: http://perfect2clones.com/images/rolex/RLGS10001a.jpg I don't think it's as bad as the really cheapo subs, looks to be on a par with the SSD which for me is my wok tolerance limit.
  2. If the dial is the only thing that's a problem then $65 to Eurotimez for an MBK dial and it's job done.
  3. I'm glad this thread is now back on topic. Here is a snap I took when I made a trip to Cartel HQ to try and get a refund: And one of me and my main man Hont shortly after he plated himself in genuine AAA Hont-Gold
  4. Greg, are there midgets on this mysterious fourth forum?
  5. Can everyone stop going off topic and derailing the thread please. Back on track what was this about midgets?
  6. What's all this I hear about midgets? I bet Hont had something to do with it...
  7. Do a search for 16520 here: http://www.jewelryandwatch.com/ I'm trying out a few cheaper alternatives to the El Primero route using a 16520 dial kindly provided by Ubi. Will be starting a thread to log my progress in the near future.
  8. Oh and you already mentioned D4M or did you forget?
  9. techlogik, could you elaborate further? You have been making these comments about RWI for some time now and I think that if there are things amiss then people should be made aware of it. I'm a member of RWI too and if there is something that members should know about then please lets have it out in the open for everyones benefit. fully plated in best Hont rose gold.
  10. I've got a spare modern Sub case if the RG case doesn't happen and you need it, Lani. Got spares for pretty much every part of a 16610 too - let me know if I can be of help...
  11. I think the markers being off may just be an optical trick - viewing these dials from the front it looks like they line up ok:
  12. I'm undertaking a Daytona build using a refinished Zenith dial very kindly provided by Ubi and am thinking of using the movement from the new Omega chrono with the closer subdial arrangement. Would anyone be able to take some measurements for me so I can see if it will fit before I start? Could do with dimensions from the centre of the dial to the centre of all 3 subdials. Many thanks, Andy
  13. Wow that is very generous of you Randy. I would most definately put it to good use thank you so much!
  14. Wow that's a good looking dial Ubi, is that the one you have in your black 16520? I've got a 21j with frozen subdials on it's way from T4D so will have to see what the dial spacing is like when it arrives. I'd be interested to know the subdial spacing dimensions of the omega I posted as it may be a possibility as a donor watch for that dial too.
  15. Yeah I've already got one of the secs @ 9 7750 but like you say the subdial spacing is way out as the dials are too far apart. The movement for the correct spacing has already been done and is used in reps like this one: http://perfect2clones.com/omse01021-planet-ocean-455-chrono-ssss-blkbezorg-7750-mod-p-3487.html All it would take would be a new dial as the current 7750 case should be fine. The 7750 in a vintage doesn't bother me so much as it looks much closer to the gen than the modern secs at 9.
  16. All it really needs is for someone like yuki or DW to make the dial to fit the modded 7750 movement.
  17. I guess the demand must be for the new versions of the daytona and whilst the timebomb secs @ 6 is still selling then maybe the factories think why bother. I'm suprised nobody has taken on a project similar to Ubi's but using the modded closer subdial 7750 movement instead of the zenith. I'd be interested to hear the dealers opinion on this and maybe one of them could pressure the factories...
  18. My favorite watch that I have seen on RWG is by far Ubi's beautiful white dialled 16520. Unfortunately I think that the costs involved in building a Zenith based rep are beyond my reach. Has anyone ever seen an accurate A21j version running secs at 9 with frozen big seconds hand? Wish the factories would utilise the modified 7750 movement and build an accurate 16520 and save me the headache...
  19. I'm looking to send a DW 6263 for a dial swap - sending from the UK so does anyone have any advice with regards to posting to avoid any problems?
