Hi all, just wanted to share a nice concept watch that I just found online. http://www.popgadget.net/2008/07/thats_time_at_y.php It is dated three years ago, but man, this would be nice for a digital women's watch don't you think? And with the advances we are seeing in flexible e-ink displays and translucent silicon processors, might become true one day?

What do you guys think. Not the best pics, little resolution in them... I am a bit worried about the crown guard lever. It seems that it might be set inside the CG a bit too far?

Anyone has had scratches on the mineral crystal? Any pics? Or is the crystal holding up really well. I am really in doubt between 286 and 26. Totally different I know, but both sporty I think... On look I am more set on the 286, but I would hate a scratched crystal...

Actually there is really only one thing holding me back, and that is the durability of the glass... What happens when you scratch it? There are appatently no good replacement parts available.... Anyone care to comment?

Yes did that many many time but I thought it would be nice to have one "overall" post for these watches as right now the info is quite dispersed. Hi all, Even though the new marinas are stunning, I am still pretty much in love with the flyback, rattrapante, 1950 chrono style. I think it would be real nice to have all info about these new hublot factory versions in one place. Anyone care to contribute? I feel they are gorgeous, but often overlooked because of movement replication issues and the mineral crystal. This post could maybe fill everyone in on e.g. The durability of the mineral crystal, where to find replacement parts, strap combinations, comparisons among each other an with gen etc. And if course many many many pics:):):) Thanks!!!!

Wait a second, if the dial is rotated, and you look at the dial straight on, doesn't that mean that at that time the movement is rotated 180 degrees and shouldn't you do what DaveR says and wind towards? VERY nice btw DaveR

Thanks for the review. Really nice watch. In doubt between this and the new 026k. Is this also produced by the Hublot factory? And as a sidenote - which H factory are we talking about when talking about pams. The V1 factory? The V5 factory?

A great design indeed. Wonderful rep. Too bad the new ones (of the newer model ingenieurs) do not appear to be of the same quality.
