bad taste

i rarely post but i felt i really needed to share this. I work in the city and work rather long hours. The profession i practice requires discipline and commitment but every now and again I just have to get out of the office and move around a bit, or head up to the few foodstores to grab a packet of biscuits or anything else which can satisfy that fit of nerves which takes over every now and again. So picture this. Today i decided to take a different route to a little store up behind my office block and therefore took the side street instead of the main road. As Im walking i notice this construstion waste dumpster in the alley full to the brim, however, it doesnt have a speck of dust in it. Instead it is full, and I mean FULL, F-U-L-L of luxury watches catalogues and memorabilia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I swear guys, i felt like i had won the national lottery. i could not believe my eyes!!!!! i even found a box to carry some of the stuff out to bring right back home!!!! Ha!!!! I've got everything from beautiful Vacheron, Cartier, Jaeger, AP and Omega catalogues with CDs to Zenith framed posters, display cases and more.... I'm telling you, it felt so good i even felt like i was stealing the stuff!!!! Anyways, gotta go guys, I'm going back for more!!!!

primaily i need the usual mods to a TW sub, therefore servicing of movement, polishing, waterproofing, cleaning, reluming of dial etc however i do have some gen parts in hand i need to replace the rep ones with including: gen crown/gaskets gen bezel insert tudor hands gen spring-bars can you help pug? thanks

I know this has been brought up before but i need some mods done to some watches by someone in EU as customs issues have become a real headache beyond EU borders. I know we had some established members here on the board but would like to know if there are any new ones and also if those we had still offer such services. Please contact asap if anyone can help. @ rag9fx yes, the marker came off whe i once dropped the watch. dammit!!! but it doesnt matter as i want to change the dial anyway... @ ubi so you think i should not have a problem with switching the dial round? thanks for your comments guys keep em coming

Ok guys, here's what i'm really looking forward to recently... Its taken an incredible effort to source the genuine parts but finally i have managed to get a contact for practically any gen rollie part that exists ... they are not cheap, but hey, at least i can get them!!! haha So, here's the breakdown: The Parts that will be used: TW Case TW saphire crystal Genuine Swiss ETA movement Genuine Rollie Parts: insert triplock crown crown tube insert complete with pearl springbars Tudor hands set Other parts: CN Dial CN closed 6s and 9s date overlay CN bracelet Mods: Full modding is planned including relume, CGs reshaping, polishing, bezel setting, water profing etc... Now, I'm left handed, so i've decided that this would look really cool if i can find someone to revolve the dial around to turn it into a 'destro'. Not sure this is possible but I think that would be really cool and original!!! Final result would be a replica of an approximate year 2000 submariner date, complete with genuine box, papers etc. Waiting for your thoughts guys. P.s. if any modders would like to take on this project pls note i am in the EU and will welcome your proposals. Thanks in advance Sharky
