OK, so I finally got one of the old school Domed Hesalite crystal Moonies. Thanks Dale There are 3 Major Flaws, two of which can be corrected. First is Subdial spacing and only a genuine movement can fix that. I decided I would fix the other two though and as discussed in this thread, the solid caseback covers the obvious movement flaw so I sourced a gen, and yes it fits The other fixable flaw is the bracelet clasp. The gen lists Omega Speedmaster Professional and the rep lists Omega Speedmaster. Fixed that with a genuine clasp

Well as I recall it, when Kruzer found the Turkish guy's crowns we had lengthy discussions and found the design to be the same as an earlier Panerai crown. We could never verify their authenticity but they looked better than anything we had ever seen design wise. I have a number of them installed now and after comparing to actual genuines, they look damn good. The advantage of T's crowns is that they can be used in more cases and from the ones I have seen, they look damn good installed.

Don't get me wrong, I like Sarah Palin. She is a rising star in the Rebublican Party and I like most of her views. That being said, I don't think she was the "Smart" pick for McCain for this election. Trust me, I'd rather see a Palin-McCain vs. Obama-Biden race
