sorry- should have been more specific i meant the fantasy 47mm mini egi, not the dsn version i know the caseback is all wrong but i was wondering if the case could easily accommodate a 6497 swap? nw egi dials apparently fit 21j movement.

anyone have a 47mm egi with 21j movement? are there any reviews of this? what is quality like? can case be modded easily (say accept 6497 movement/stem etc.)? afaik the movement and case can accept nw dials....

just tried sternkreutz plexi in fiddy and looks good- much better than original crystal when i received watch i looked into reviews of this and one of the main critiscisms was the ar coating and distortion on the crystal (around indices) the plexi looks perfect!

i recently got a josh 127 from another forum member here and was considering a crystal swap (ar not great) then decided to catch & release, sold watch on to another forum member and bam! crystal cracked overnight in any event i noticed the jackson fiddy crystal looked better (less distortion ar etc.) than the previous josh one, are these interchangeable? if not what is the recommended source to change?

thanks pete afaik it is untouched- just wondering what cheap and nasty mods suitable (dial/ crystal/ hands change, relume etc). for now i am looking forward to something arriving that is actually assembled, as opposed to pieces!!!

In the midst of a prolonged vintage-obsessed period I have pressed button on a Joshua PC pam 127 from another member Was just wondering what mods would be appropriate for this? From looking at older posts the DSN or EL version gets most airtime. Does anyone have a modded version of this?
