The MBW is not a jumbo, it's the 38mm. I get so confused with PP sizes. Some say they measure their watches diagonally instead of across (I think?) actually making what they call 40mm, a 42mm compared to the standard. This makes sense as everyone seems to believe the "40mm" is large enough... Awesome watch btw!

Hey guys. Looking to pick up my dad's first rep for him and am pretty well decided on an Aeronavle. Want to get the correct model without the date, not a Transatlantique with Aeronavle engraving on caseback. The only place I could find exactly what I'm looking for is at Watcheden, but it seems a bit expensive: Breguet Aeronavle w/ leather strap- Watcheden From what I can tell, the rep looks darn good. Only thing I could see are some differences with the numbers that are hidden by the subdials. Any other comments or advice on this rep, as well as any other sources?

lol, the clunker looks darn good to me. I used to have a gen, and can definitely attest to some small differences in the V1 that trump the V3 (which I currently have). Can't wait to see it completed with the gen dial though. She looks pristine, and will definitely make it a whole new watch!

It depends on whether you're happy with the size. If you've been content with it thus far... then consider keeping it. The 42mm PO has a lug width of 20mm btw. If you think you could do with an extra 3mm... then I would definitely contact your dealer asap. (This is of course assuming you have a 42)

Are these the same as the $100 PO's that WBK (Stan) gets?

Looks like a basic RO Date Auto it is. I ran a search but didn't find much info on these either. The reps I'm seeing sold by the usual suspects look pretty good. Any feedback on something like this: AP RO Date

I can't seem to find reps of pretty much any of the non-offshore AP RO's. I'd really like to find one of these: Or this: Or even this: Are the movements too difficult to rep on all of these?

I've checked up on all the sources I can find for ETA 7750's from Ofrei to eBay. Are there any reputable sources for ETA 7750's around the eBay prices, high $200's low $300's? I just don't trust these eBay guys from replacing ETA parts with asian parts, regardless of their positive feedback.

Best magic trick of all, check out that disappearing serial #. I've emailed the seller asking if this is just a bad picture, but it looks pretty fishy to me. If it is a gen, and it looks to be one, I can't say I've ever seen one so beat up. Seems like someone got hungry and decided to go after that strap.
