  1. Loos lia perfect Sub from Paul... Maybe a Noob....
  2. The Tube has threads but it's glued too... Maybe heating up will bring the Tube out with no damages... By the way on the treadside of the Tube he is shorter than the gen one... The Bezel construction is like on other Reps... But smooth 120 Klicks thats nice... I have changed the diving Extension with a Noob one polished the edges and it will work perfectly.. So you see its good to have some spare parts ;)When my PC is ready to work again I will Post some Detail Pics of it... By the way I'm not shure about the Movement if it's a real ETA 2836-2 ... Hope to hear som opinions from you...
  3. Hi Stephane nice review of the bracelets... The MBW/MBK solid midlink band use a other sort of steell,I've heard about 440... The Endlinks on the MBW are solid and not the3 piece construction of the Noob one.... I think the Endlinks are better on the MBW..... For your problem to fit the Noob on your 16610 you must drill out the hole in the SEL a little bit to become more space than it will work for You my friend Hope this helps...
  4. Great work Bobby, looks similar to mine Will post some Pics when my PC work again.....
  5. I received the new modern SD today...Overall a nice constructed watch... So i desided to strip the whole watch because i wanted to mod the Cg's... The Rep Tube is nice but glued in the case,so i broke it by reinstalling Time to install a Gen Tube on it after modding the CG's The Crystall is damm thick about 3,6mm and it has agap on the bottom like on the Noob Sub Crystals. So I think we can't install a gen one... Rehautt is not bad a little conical but not so good as on the modern MBW's.. The Bracelet is not so good because some screws areb end and the divers extension won't work correctly... I installed a Gen Insert on the bezel, but i must grind down on the edges a little bit, after that it snaps in. The Rep Crown looks like gen but the inner threads are not deep enough to fit the Gen tube correctly... So a Gen Crown must be installed I will post some detail Pics of the construction from the Sd next time... Overall it's a nice watch some small issues, but hey it's a rep and a damm good one I think... I'll keep you all updated..
  6. Definitely the black one....
  7. Fantastic review Never heard that a rep stands this stress test.... Thank you for your time to provide this test run... It's amazing...
  8. Amazing work I like it a lot.... Great pictures from this beauty.... The Zigmeister is an true artist
  9. Great pictorial and a great job.. The Explorer looks damm good...... Nice idea for the date overlay...... I think you must print a lot more of these The 1655 is a great watch, i hope there comes agood modell in the future.....
  10. Nice idea, but I think you can't drill Lugholes in this case.... I've tried it with some old case, but it don't work for me.... Than you need a Glass without etched crown, I think it's impossible to get a replacement Safir...
  11. No,F-Serie in middle of the year 2004 no more Lugholes Serie F397..... no Lugholes
  12. F- Serie right, but since 2004 no Lug Holes
  13. Thats the wrong Insert... Yours is for a Submariner... You need a 315-16660-181 for SD.
  14. Hello, there are some small differnces about the Gen Inserts... It's about the factory date... Mine Look like this,It's manufactured Juni 06
  15. Hi Frank, great news..... Do you mean Precious Time right? Takes he Pay Pal? Gen Insert is still here, must order one from him....
  16. It's a MBW you can do a lot... Just search for this in the forum and you find the answer..
  17. Yepp, Freddy, I think there is a market for a DW Vintage daytona with full working Chronos and tricompax function.. Is it a 7760 or a 7750 with killed automatic winding ? I think 800$ is not a bad price for this when there are some gen parts on the watch... It's a hancrafted time peace with a lot of work on it,so the prictag is it worth.... Only my opinion
  18. Take a knife to pop off the Bezel, but protect the guards with something... The Bezel must shaped out with a lathe to accept a gen Insert.... After that it snaps in like Gen I have done it on my MBW 16610 Franken.... Hard job but it works hope this helps
  19. Hi again, Verbal Klints SD has a non working HE Valve.... Only modded to look like..... But older SD cases have the working HE Valve.....
  20. watcher stated that the Bezel Assembly is not like gen... It's like on the most Rolex reps..... Can anybody who has the new SD post some Pics of the Bezel assembly? It's interesting for a lot of member i think
  21. as Freddy stated, Take the case with working HE Valve,ETA 2846,the hollow Midlink Bracelet, take some gen parts and buil a damm nice 1665 Take the other parts build up the watch and sell it....
