Hello Gang,
after i've done my 5513 and claimed that i won't do lume the dial ,
i decided to do it,to become a nice patina on the markers ....
So here we go
yepp,
the Tudor case is different to the Rolex Sub case...
The Crystall is smaller in diameter, also the Bezel Insert...
And it's not safirglas it's scratchproofed but mineral...
The Bezel assembly is also totally different..
I have a 79190 Tudor...
Maybe i can take some pictures of what i stated..
You need some HSS-E Cobalt drills, but you will see it's not the easy way to drill the Lugholes...
Buy a bunch of drills because you will kill a lot of them
Hi Laz,
i know, it's like a fever
I'm in rolex over years,i like the clear design and the understatment of Rollies
Exspecially on the Vintage ones... there is something i don't know....
For your 1680,i think you get a nice one back
AR on the insude the glass is a good thing,
but outside it's not necessary in my opinion....
You scratch the AR by wearing.....
So i decided on my doubleside AR Breitling Evo to remove the outside AR.
...and it looks much better...
Hello Lello,
after i have seen your fantastic DW's, please make some Rolex DW's
Modern and Vintage where great....
I think a lot of members will take them...
Man,
fantastic tutorial
Awesome work and the result is perfect.....
I think i must by an IWC and just send to you....
Thats stunning
I think i can learn a lot from you...
Thanks Stephane,
I think the markers have a nice colour and texture,so no reluming necessary in my opinion...
I compared them with my gen Tudor Sub and they look similar..
It glows not too much..
