  2. we all know that there are different crowns shapes, but the question was before t started the crown order, how many teeth.

    rolli

I am not sure that I understood "but fact is that nobody and especially the 60 teeth assertor didn't check by this method." completely but my point is not that the 60t might be correct. My point is just that there are different crowns..
  3. TH... we know that already.

but fact is that nobody and especially the 60 teeth assertor didn't check this by this method.

Look, it wasn't in my intention to insult you and if I did I apologize for that. You are not retarded. :)

This is a picture with all the crowns from the link on last page. There are exactly 17 red points on each of the 2 crowns on the left all on top of a tooth. You decide..

Attachement is the same as pictured above but in bmp format.

  4. v.... it's very simple to see and to count it from the picture.

otherwise you can zoom it with photoshop.

the visible part of the crown has 19 teeth.

that means 19 on top and 19 down = 38, the teeth behind the crown-guard left and right are not so much.

that means this crown has 48 teeth.

and conratulations being able to see from photos how many teeth exactly the crowns have. Because me the retarded I couldn't count properly the one i have in front of me.
  5. steel crowns for 1,2mm stem.

together with the cases they get first the granulate / glass / ceramic bead-blasting, but only on the knurling part.

    then altogether the pvd coating.

all parts get a special attachment for the pvd machine cell/ chamber. this cell/chamber is rotary.

the crown get a stem as attchment.

    rolli

i have a question about the PVD crowns

are they for Unitas with 1.2mm stem?

are they steel and PVD plated? or Titanium and PVD plated?

are the PVD crowns brushed or polished?

  6. never.....

    it's a fact.

mr. ferretti ( also well known as ferretti straps ) is a well known collector in italy,

and he bought the complete old panerai stock from signora panerai.

only VanniC from italy has the permission to sell the parts.

and i cannot believe that ferretti or vannic sold the crowns to the turkish guy for under euro 50,--

i think the turkey crowns are fake.

    rolli

Just makes me wonder now how gen are the Turkish's 'gen' crowns on ebay ;)
