  1. I have about 10 replica lighters. I once bot the dupont refills but they are expensive. Then I purchased a rbrass efill adapter from Ebay which only fit some ofthe L2 lighters (all my lighters are L2).

Best solution is to go to a smoke shop and get a big refill butane can (Purilite) with plastic nozzle adapters (adapter 2 fits dupont lighters). This option works on all my lighters.

  2. Way to much to spend on a rep. For that money I might as well save a bit more and get a gen SMP

Ditto, I'd rather get a gen too.

The AP still has too many flaws....date mag is not perfect, subdial placement, and afew minor issues with the dial. Still, its a beautiful watch and I'd love to have it in my rep collection if the price were right.

The asain movement should cost a few hundred less (maybe 3). It seems Josh's pricing is consistent with George's over at TRC.

  3. River sells a pack with 2 sets of spring bars for PAM 44 or 47mm for $15 incl shipping.

They looks like the original screws when mounted and replaces both the screw and tube.

    Highly recommended.

(But you have to get the old screw out first somehow  )

if its stripped, just push with a sharp object on the threaded end and turn the screw while doing so to get it out.

River's springbar will be a lifesaver afterwards.

  4. Thanks for sharing :thumbsupsmileyanim: it is a fine watch..love those black dials...

I wear mine alot and I just ordered the superlume kit from LWA over on the darkside. It will look great with superlumed hands :)

I'm trying to find a SS bracelet that will fit. I took off the SS from my UTC IWC but there is a small gap between bracelet and case :(

  5. thats what i was going to suggest. If anyone runs across springbars that will work for a 40mm pam let me know. I know 22mm spring bars are common but ones that are big enough to work with pam holes aren't :)

I agree, River's spring bars are in all my PAMs. Fake screw notch makes it almost impossible to tell them apart from real screws.
