both of them are very nice men's watches. it is just a matter of taste but if you like them, they are very elegant watches and you should have no problem getting one.

if we knew your wrist size it might be easier to make a recommendation. Most men have 6.5-7.5 inch wrists

just replace the parts and get a new 21j or miyota from ofrei for cheap its cheaper and you can learn a lot of skills in watch repair by doing it yourself.

try ofrei I think he has a lot of gen parts

I am pretty sure most 21 jewel movements are low beat (6 beat per second) although there are a few hi beat 21 j movements while most eta and eta clones are hi beat/ 8 beats per second
