Dear Folks: After a long waiting; my AP diver SW-240 knock my door this afternoon. Spending 1 hour to swap the Gen Short straps I bought from local AD service center which cost me USD$185.............Fuxk....and tighten all the case back screws. But I tell you that the rep one are quite different from the Gen: ~ Gen strap more soft than rep ~ Gen Mixture are MUCH MUCH deeper than rep one Guess what? my 6.12" wrist on Gen short-strap fit on the second last hole for more comfortable. So far, I'm satisfy my Diver. Overall it's solid, well build. SW-240 had similar feeling with ETA2824 when I wind, adjust. BUT, There're always weak side on reps...I guess the factory using a wrong size o-ring. Even I tighten all the case back screws; but the case back still have a gap between the case. Anyone have the same problem with me? Also, the lume is crap.....Like I said before I guess dealer's lume photos should expose under strong light not less than 1 hour before thet took it... But they won't bother me because I already have my booking with The Zigmeister on coming mid-aug for relume. Maybe I'l ask The Zigmeister to take a look for me. The Zigmeister: Here you go! 1.) seems the lume is mainly C1 white colour; but I'm not the expert. Maybe they're C1+C3... Bezel lume are only 12' triangle & each 5 minutes Index. Not all marks had been lume this is the close up shot on the bezel fonts, it's matte finish rather than gloss. Hope this could help! Best Regards, Raymond

The Zigmeister: My AP diver is on the way; as I'm prepare to relume it. I did the research of the lume for a while. Maybe I can provide so informations to share: 1.) I think the Gen is using C1 main, because I found the lume shot is white colour 2.) Dial, Hands & Bezel are SAME Colour 3.) Photos will be uploaded shortly 4.) it's matte finish on the bezel I'm uploading the photos onto my photobucket; please wait for a moment & I'll post it in few minutes. Dear Folks: Finally I just found I can get a short version rubber strap 105mm/65mm for AP Diver in local AP service center. That means the strap length no longer a problem for my god damn 6.12" wrist! I would like to pull the trigger on SW200 version. May I ask about the lume on your AP DIVER? Is it superlume? Or just standard rep crap lume? Because I found no one posted the lume shot in their review. Josh & Andrew did post the lume shot but Puretime didn't. I don't really trust the dealer lume photo; maybe they had charge one hour before they took the shot So, I would like to ask my fellows here! looking forward your reply! Best regards, Raymond
