  1. ....was introduced at SIHH 2010 in the AP booth. 2 LE that were not ment to be officially announced....here some specs and pics. As we spoke about the TourAuto collection on the boards lately (new releases from our dealers) it seems to be quite popular to build new pieces in this cluster every year. Pics borrowed from another gen forum, thank you! National Classic Tour 2010, LE of 60 pieces: Drivers Watch, LE of 40 pieces:
  2. Dear All, tis is my wish list for the future....so if the factory or my dealer reads this...here goes my personal WTH (Wnat To Have): As of now I do have to vary my ROO coolection a bit more and I need a different ROO for all of my moods, and here is a list what I need to cure my needs in the future: - ROO GSTAAD classic 2009 - ROO grey dialed Themes in Titanium with Ti bracelet - ROO white stick-marker dial in an old-style case (no endlinks needed) - ROO Alinghi Polaris....I know that will be hard to do with the Reagatta-Countdown - ROO ADC (Amsterdam Diamond Center)...easy task - ROO Ginza in steel...mmmh lovely black details and yummy bling bling - ROO Chronopassion (Titanium and grey / black dial) on black croc with black stitch ....and maybe an all-iced-out version just for fun Most of these babies (beside the Polaris) are easy to replicate because they are just dial and color variations from yet existing models. hear my prayers. So guys....feel free to add or comment, Theo
  3. No problem for me as I am making my rounds far up in the North As of now I do have to vary my ROO coolection a bit more and I need a different ROO for all of my moods, and here is a list what I need to cure my needs in the future: - ROO GSTAAD classic 2009 - ROO grey dialed Themes in Titanium with Ti bracelet - ROO white stick-marker dial in an old-style case (no endlinks needed) - ROO Alinghi Polaris....I know that will be hard to do with the Reagatta-Countdown - ROO ADC (Amsterdam Diamond Center) - ROO Ginza in steel...mmmh lovely - ROO Chronopassion (Titanium and grey / black dial) on black croc with black stitch ....and maybe an iced-out version just for fun That list is long I know....will start a new thread with this. Theo -
  4. The factories will not sell them seperately as of now....we have to wait around 6 months before that will happen and the dealers can offer these straps...I am looking for a SURVIVOR strap-set as well. Theo
  5. Uaahhhh....CNY is just a day old but I am checking in 3 x a day just to see that nothing new happens in regards to AP ROO´s still some weeks without my dope ... Theo
  6. This seems to be a new line with PRIDE of RUSSIA, PRIDE of MEXIKO, PRIDE of ARGENTINA.... But I fear this will need some more months before being replicated. Theo
  7. With the new divers series released as NON-LE at this years SIHH I think we will see the divers this year. The current rep-models are very bad. Theo
  8. This combo looks stunning....the SPore F1 is a great choice.....I will have to think about the Orchard Road with this strap. Thx for showing, Theo
  9. Your choices for alternativ straps are: 1) look for a used or bargain original AP ROO strap on the Bay 2) try the dealers as they have a wide range of ROO
  10. Welcome to the boards. Just do a little research on your own, that will help to understand the pro
  11. OK OK OK....we are getting closer....to the GSTAAD 2009 LE. Now that we have the TourAuto 2009 and the Orchard Road...just combine the 2 and you
  12. This is really cool news and like Xmas eve for all that are sitting in the train to Franken-City Theo
  13. .....a bird told me to wait untill March....geeeezzzzz...
  14. well, what the dealers sell as the Paris Boutique is not really the PB....its more a nice chrono with wonderful dial...but with wrong caseback, wrong movement config, wrong size, wrong strap...anyway, I like it and it is the same size as my ROO´s....see my pic. Theo EDIT: it has a good and reliable asian 7750...no probs
  15. I am all over it....hope the factories do it right. The caseback needs to have a real good, deep and crisp engravment. The orange push-button should be functional as it only indicates that you can turn the bezel (orange out) or the bezel is save for not turning (orange in / pushed) The bezel itself should also get a decend blue lume as well as the dial. This watch looks easy from far away but shows some nice details when you inspect it closer. WAITING Theo EDIT....and don´t forget the complicated crown-safety-system
  16. yeah baby...uuhhh Thats what I was talking about ... talk the long road to Tipper.... This project needs time, before you sourced all needed parts you probably lost interest in it. Best of luck finding everything Theo
  17. For the Franken the only way is gen...source all gen parts and have them build inside an MBW case....spend over 3.000USD and ready you are. Or you live with sec@9 but get a reliable and trustworthy movement plus excellent finish and a beautyful dial. I love my grey/blue dials from MBW.....be it on bracelet with the modern case or on strap with the old style case. Theo
  18. ....and you are just replying to every shitty thread to get TOP-poster of the day huh?! Theo
  19. Thx all.....my fingers glow from typing. Richemont owns 40% of AP....AP also shows their goods at SIHH and that belongs to Richemont
  20. ...to MADRED7 . Dear members, as I did get tired of collecting OP´s in the last few months I thought it would be great to change my name. I was collecting Pannies for over 9 years now (gen and rep), my collection was massive but I did not wear them very often in the last years. I switched over to a new company but remained in the Richemeont group to make it easier My love since my first days in watch-collecting 20 years ago was the ROO....so it was only logical consequence to dive deep into the world of ROO´s and AP in general. So please introduce my new ME.....MADRED7 I choosed this name due to an MBW I had re-done by the fabulous The Zigmeister....he did a re-lume with dark grey color and painted the number 7 in red...I got a nice engraving on the caseback itself as well.....the MAD RED 7 was born. Cheers all, Theo
  21. yeah, ride baby ride!!! Only tan dallar
  22. Sorry guys...I lost the complete text due to the time-frame of posting 2 threads in 30 seconds....typed everything again. Please read above. Theo
