Both straps are great mate. I wear the "maiale" on my sub 243L and 286J.

Mate you should stay away from the low beat (movement) options. They are not reliable. Go for the high beat (21.000 bph) = Noob factory. Both 005 and 318 are great.

Great review of a great watch ! Mine is on its way from Josh also. As for straps take a look at the wotancraft website. There are some amazing options for the 243. Congrats !!

For me, the major failure is the price. Other than that I can live with. I'm waiting for Joshua's QC pics.
