  1. Great to know, The Zigmeister. Keep us updated on the results of the swap. Are you doing any other mods on this particular watch? Thanks, M
  2. Hublot Big Bang both rep and gen, doea not have a screw down crown. As stated above, has nothing to do with movement or crono, usually it has to do with the water proof-ness of the watch. The gen HBB is not a divers watch, not sure if it 100m or exactly what it is but most watches with screw down crowns will exceed these depth. Don;t know if anyone has tested their reps for water proof. Cheers, M
  3. Only 1 factory in China is making this watch, so Epoch's AR same as Joshua's, Angus's, Andrew's, etc... Big Bang has best rep A/R ever done to this point. Cheers, M
  4. Big Bang or Bentley GT or if you have large enough wrists to handle it full size Bentley. All 3 have that wow factor. Cheers, M
  5. Hublot Screwdriver, only source I have heard of is Angus/Pure Time. He will sell you one. Plus he can get and sell extra screws. Most people do not have a problem with the new Asian 7750 on this watch, but it is too new to have any kind of data, even that movement is only a year or year and a half old, so info is very limited. If you want to cover yourself get it serviced first, if not cross your fingers and hope it will last. Main issue is that most watchsmiths can't or won't service it and you can't get parts, personally I think that is why people don;t like it not becuase it is a bad movement, just fear of the unknown. If you can find anyone to service it, maybe The Zigmeister maybe Vacuum it will likely cost a couple of hunderd dollars US, but I am not sure. Cheers, M
  6. Here is my crappy watch back photo, if you look very hard you can see the added engravings. I also attached a front shot with my Ultimate BCE for comparison. Date wheel is black, dial is carbon fiber, but you can't tell from this photo. This watch is the most comfortable I have worn ; not sure if that means they changed the buckle or it just fits me perfectly. Cheers, M
  7. Sorry, hope to tomorrow evening. Went to use my camera and batteries are no good. Have no other AA's around and emptied every remote in the house, but the camera requires brand new batteries appartantly. Top on backside on metal states: Titanium Bottom on backside on metal states: Ceramic Laser engraved. Cheers, M
  8. I think Flavor Flav offered this service on the last run. BTW: just got my crytsal back, thanks Cheiftang LOOKS GREAT!!! Cheers, M
  9. UPDATE: Just got the newest black datewheel model from Angus. Great news: materials are now engraved on the backside, plus the E in Hublote is no longer there. Cheers, M
  10. Love the Blue Dial ; thanks for the review and sharing. Give it a couple of months and send the crystal in for Double AR coat. Cheers, M
  11. Thanks for keeping this up to date... Angis new gray is a much better match to the Gen gray dial. Still the concentric circles on the dial are still lacking, on the Gray gen they are VERY obvious. Cheers, M
  12. Your pride of ownership will come from owning all 3 of the watches you mentioned for far less than you would have spent on a Gen one of them!!! Welcome aboard, M
  13. All of our dealers should accept: PayPal, Western Union, Money Bookers or Bank Wire Transfer. Likely more than 1 of these methods. Not all will accept PayPal and some may not today but will tomorrow, as PayPal has screwed people with accounts frozen, so don't be scared off if they won't take PayPal. Don't send cash in an envelope, ask for them to accept one or more of the 4 I have listed above. Cheers, M
  14. I would consider the Ferrari different from the Bentley watches. The dial on the Ferrari is clearly marked as such and uses very distinctive colors known to the brand. When looking someone from a foot away would see the Ferrari logo. This watch screams Ferrari even though made by Pam. People who see this watch on you will likely ask if you have a Ferrari. The Bentley on the other hand is more a Breitling that just happens to be made for Bentley. Without looking at the caseback, there is really nothing that screams Bentley, more so Breitling. It is very unlikely anyone who sees the dial of this watch asking if you own a Bentley. Just my .02 Cheers, M
  15. Let me know how this works out, each site does offer a mens version as descibed. I am thinking of getting this for my wife. Think the ladies may be too small, the mens too big. One thought, email Ruby a picture of the ladies one you want. Cheers, M
  16. If quality is more important than $$$ ; the Hublot Ceramic cannot be beat (Asian 7750 not most reliable movement) ; but I am assuming he is referring to quality build/look not longevity.
  17. I believe the end links are wider on the GT. The 3 middle links are thinner. Hopefully someone out there has both bracelets, I only have the BCE with me right now. In 2 weeks I will get my GT back, and then I could tell you for sure. Cheers, M
  18. I am very close to swallowing the big $$$ and ordering the Ceramic HBB. Only decision left is white or black datewheel. What are some of your opinions, I am leaning toward the black datewheel. But it seems like the white date may be easier for me to get. I have read from others that the Black is how they are sold now on retail, but the red on chrono hand or something is slighly different now. Early versions on retail had same red as rep and also had white date wheel. Above is a summary of what I remember only, do not take as fact. My main question is : would the sunken datewheel be less or more noticable if the datewheel was in black or white. My thought is the black datewheel would disguise the sunken date wheel? Or it could have the opposite affect. Datewheel is slight sunken on the gen too, but more noticable on the rep. Thanks, M
  19. I am sorry for messing up your thread, I honestly don;t know what the f happened. Sincerely, M
  20. I don't believe you can swap the bracelets both are 22 at the lugs, but they fit the cases differently. Can't tell 100% my EVO is on, my GT is in the shop right now, but based on memory it did not seem like it would look right. Cheers, M

  22. Z, One other thing to consider chieftang is doing seperate runs for single vs. double coated. That Breitlng GT wants a double Cheers, M
  23. I can help on one of them: Breitling Bentley GT NO AR Chieftang's got mine now, when I get it back I will post a pic. The easiest way for me to tell if AR of not is to look at your watch on your arm in a mirror from a few feet away, if the reflected light is blue it has AR. Cheers, M
  24. A link to the sale at TRC?? Not sure if that would be proper, but I am interested. PM if you can't post a link. Best of luck, M
  25. you can order from Josh, Angus, Andrew this watch with either Brushed or Polished Black Ceramic Bezel. An additional option I have only seen from Angus, but is likely available from the other 2 is a black date wheel, but again you can also order this is white. These 3 dealers are the only dealers with access to it at this time, I believe. Cheers, M
