This has been a long time coming.
After some learning curve with what I like one of our strapmakers had opened up his creativity to making something interesting for me for my watches.
Since currently I do not have my Mini-Egi I had to use my 390 for this quick shoot.
He made for me 6 straps over the past 8 months which I've really enjoyed.
To thank him I wanted to do a few shots with his Nepalese Yak also known as his "Sherpa" series.
This leather is medium so far as flexibility goes but it is so highly waterproof!
His careful and creative stitchwork on here I really like. I gave him the instructions of "go for it!" so here you have it
I'm really enjoying it and can't wait to fit it upon my mini-egi when she returns.
Please enjoy:
This is a beat up watch that I salvaged the movement and case for to make a little homage piece.
Before:
When I got it it was running 5 minutes fast per HOUR and I over baked the rolex dial while doing a few practice updates as this was the first watch I ever took apart.
After:
Wondering if anyone here has experience with Peter @ iwatchstore.com
Old threads from 2007 to 2008 recommend him as a partner of Angus.
I'm about to make a purchase and any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers,

i think about it as "How many days will I have to adjust the minute hand"
If it's a watch you plan on wearing everyday then and adjustment every 3 days to me is too much.
I'm okay with an adjustment once a week usually because I rarely wear a watch that often as I usually change the rotation sooner.
In the next few months this will receive a brevet + dial and a nightwatch RP vintage dial + vintagized hands + aged case... time to get to work i guess...
First of all thanks to Bronzy for his excellent service and workmanship.
Next thanks to Getat for always being dependable to the community.
Without further ado:
