HI Buddy IF anything its further away from the gen .. as the v1 is closer , minus the updated PUSHERS the reason being is the number are way to dark .. as on the gen there a much lighter sky blue colour as pointed on .. rep v gen thread !!

mine just arrived today ... have to say there is not much difference in the 2 at first glance ..but there is slight colour variation ..on the following 1. more creamer dial 2.sub dial slight different shade of brown 3.sec+min hand blue different shade of blue less aqua !! 4.tachy is slightly metallic shade to the finish !! 5. the update AR and DW not hardly noticeable 6 dark number on the v2 7. bolder ap font conclusion ... not worthy of being called v2 at all .... more like V1.1

Not to long Togo now ..... almost finished !!!

this project is not happening as the raid on the factories .. have effected production!! i will ask Ryan chime in to confirm !!

Just thought id share this beauty with you all .. The Montoya RG . wow its a totally beautiful watch .. in the wild and no pics can really do it any justice !! I did have one in the summer but ... alas she was taken from me ... and now been reunited with her twin ... its the only watch that been on my wrist over the festive liver breaking session ) Ive been searching for a replacement ever since she left me !!! Many thanks to Ryan (not a trusted dealer here)for making my xmas extra special .. by sourcing her and getting it to me before xmas day .. HK to UK in 3 days to my door ... now that's what you call AAA service ... here's few pics .... !! Happy Xmas all

Thanks .. guys for the great feed back , at the moment only modding the whole GP !! yet again been testing out new colours on the dial ... i think this will be my final colour , as its as close as i can get .. without having the gen .. and the light plays a major factor when you see photos on the net .. !! here where i am at the moment , as for the sub dials @12 will be printed again so the light spot in the middle will blend in and @ 9 will adjust the yellow colour , so its a brighter yellow ... and then that's final .. . and the tachy colour will be re done as well !!

all i can say its slightly taken at angle so it look more out alignment then it is !!

I know what you thinking not another v3.5 diver thread but i just wanted to high light how much better the new batches are regardless of all the QC pic horror stories ..!! first have to say hats of to the nood factory for taking note and improving on a very close to gen construction and feel on the first batch of V3's the new V3.5 is every bit as good as the initial release but even more so attention to the previous flaws have been addressed in the new brining 1: Updated super clear colourless Cyclops 2:thicker bezel lume application 3 much brighter lume on normal charge also please note this is eta version for what ive seen the Asian movement version is no where n near as good !! and a very big thanks to ryan (not a trusted dealer here) for super fast delivery .. and +aaa service

try toro or angus .... for the buckle and the strap end links .................... to your final question yes you will need strap end-link to attach the rubber strap

also my dial update has moved forward ... but not totally finished here is where i am now ..... as you can see sub's @6/9 are ready just a small adjustment in the centrer part i.e the lighter patch on sub @ 12 and its finished .... @ gio thank you for the kind words my friend as i said before its only happened because your real carbon case .. so kudos to you Sir !!

totally awesome project Edge looking forward to seeing how your DW looks compared to the gen judging by your pics very close .. im also in for x20 DW for 7750 once you have finished your initial LWO successful run !!!

yes you are correct ... but the sub dail will be finished later on this week .. i was referring only to the red lower part of the dial in this update ... will have the subs done to the correct light grey colour by the end of the week fingers crossed !!

Right finally ... managed to get the correct finish in the lower red part of the dial (with the native print effect ) just the sub dial's left to finish this .. labour of life piece off .... the ap writing is just for the mock up final will be crisp and clear .... and in correct fount !! as always please feel free to leave any feed back .... finally light and the end of the tunnel shines !!!!

Another Quick update ... been trying out .. some custom colours the dial ... its not a best effort after being in the custom paint shop for over 2 hours .. and this is the closest i could get it just from the pics ... but but will opt for another technical process to archive the correct finish on the lower red part of the dial ... but in the mean while here are some pics of what the state of play is so far .. feel free to leave and feed back !! sub dial should be ready next week !!
