is intime new I've not looked at his site before i don't think but I've been away from reps  for a while

But Ryan at intime is very responsive and trustworthy.

Nice to hear. Why don't you send a message to PT for all our benefit and ask when they will gear back up (please). They might just answer you, my email has gone unanswered for 10 days so far. However I have only purchased 3 watches from PT.

To be fair, PT is obligated to give proper information and updates to its customers, be it a first-time customer or a long standing one.

PT did not reply me either, and thats that. I do not think communication between a seller and a buyer should be a privilege. It should be an integral part of the process.

Why should PT be replying to a select few, and not everyone who deserves an answer?

The rainbow has 6 colors Sputim. 

Red, Orange, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet.

Yellow is a color that looks good on baby chickens, ducklings, sunflowers, lemons, potatoes and bananas. 

I like yellow, don't get me wrong, but on my watches, clothes, bags, belts or shoes.

This is the Hublot Big Bang rose gold V6, paired with a black croc with gold stitchings made by Donerix.

Just to share that I think that Donerix's straps make the watch much more comfortable to wear, and essentially that was what got me into Hublots again.

Ryan is a vampire.

He's a one man army. But he's very fast.

He will reply your email within minutes.

Even if you send your email at 1am.

PT, on the other hand, takes time to reply emails.

But PT is still my go to TD.

I haven't had any problems with them so far.

But if comm is the main issue. Better go to ryan.

He's an AP nuts as well.

So he can give you some inputs on what to get.

I am not condemning Puretime. But I am saying, after careful considerations to everyone who might read this, that there is a lot of room for PT communications to improve, especially if we are expected to pay a relatively large sum for a pre-order (goods yet unseen) with no updates or updates for more than a month.

Let me know which strap you are intending to get? The Diver one (24mm buckle) or the rubber one for the ROO (18mm buckle)?

They are different and the pin to be used for the tang buckle would be different widths too..

You can get the SS buckles off ebay cheap of course, but make sure you get the right set!

Stand up guy, 100x better than Puretime in terms of communications.

If a few folks did that (cancel) I would bet it would get their attention. These guys have sold so many Rolexes, they believe that they ARE Rolex!! Kick everyone around and they just keep coming back for more.

I think that the one thing that folks cannot abide is lack of communication. A simple mass email to every preorder person, "sorry guys, the watch is delayed for xx days or weeks, due to some improvements that we asked the factory to make" now everyone is happy at least for a week or so. Silence always takes on sinister connotations, " they have a problem, something bad is wrong, they went south with all the deposit money,etc.,etc."

I bet they would learn only when the ruckus is loud enough.

I do not think its a sound business practice, holding everyone's money with no end in sight, and communicating only to the select few with whom the business operator within the confines of his comfort zone.

Well, I would rather not have the watch even if its exclusively offered by Puretime.

I have learnt my lesson and I am not going to repeat my mistake.

I am one of the pre-order guys. Order placed around 7th Jan 2014 and since then, zero response from them on delivery.

How many of you are in the same boat?

I am going to cancel my order with PT today. Its 18th Feb today in Singapore, and more than 40 days since my order was placed without any updates nor replies to 3 emails sent in the span of 4 weeks. I am no noob when it comes to the rep purchase procedure and I do understand about CNY, being one of those who celebrate it! But hey, CNY is over guys, and still no response.

This is absurd and very complacent. What do they think? That they are the only dealer in the entire world? 

For those who are still waiting, you may wish to do the same to let PT know what is acceptable and what is not.

No doubt I have had pleasant transactions with them, but this one is clearly unacceptable.

Hi mr. A, Yep2, by definition thats what pareto means. We also often use it to say it "covers about 80%" or the majority of. Or it could be we have abused it too much . But plethora sounds good too

Seriously though I am glad the ROO reps are improving, and do not have "a plethora" of flaws now.
