Until you have been really scammed by the website (non-delivery of watch, wrong delivery of watch, overcharged for the same watch, etc), I think its fair to state that you ordered your watch from a website which feeds off the Trusty Time name.

There would still be a good chance you get your watch delivered in good order. Not every website that is unlisted here is an automatic scammer.

Its just that those listed here have proven themselves to be much more reliable.

Guys, the movement is not stated but from the pictures, it seems to be a sec@9.

Which is puzzling since the sec@12 is a later release than the early days sec@9.

I wonder why they even bother with this, if its a sec@9, at this "advanced" period of ROO replication.

Well, the sec@12 movement should be released soon following this, hopefully.

Case and datewheel (font is a bit too bold). The box is a dead giveaway as well.

Actually, I think that you have long surpassed me in your knowledge, having seen you flit from one AP thread to another, and your postings. You already know what to look out for, for each specific model, like you asking for the inner bezel pics on this one..

I would not be getting one Mr J, simply because I don't like yellow..

Else you could bet your last watch that I would have bought this when it was first released.

The dealer attitude is bad in this case.

For a $50 or $500 item, customers should be accorded with the same attitude, though of course, the options of recourse would vary for the different levels of products. 

Your best option right now would be to get a new movement for the watch and find a watchsmith to transplant it.

Try this. 

There is one being made...it is being created using a gen 389 case.... it is going to have a CuSn8 bronze same as gen so will patina correctly .. (it is the ZF maker)

 

It is due out in a few months...case is in prototype stage...
